Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness. Rinse the broccolini and trim off the ends. Mince the garlic and ginger finely to prepare for aromatics.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside to coat the stir fry with a glossy, flavorful finish.
  3. Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat with a splash of cooking oil. Quickly sear the beef strips until browned but still tender, about 2 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
  4. Stir Fry the Broccolini and Aromatics: In the same pan, add a bit more oil and toss in the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the broccolini and stir fry until bright green and just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine and Finish: Return the beef to the pan, pour the prepared sauce over everything, and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
